I think it looks cute! I have never done a 3D cake yet, my 2 yr old LOVES Thomas, I was going to do this cake for his bday in March but I chickened out!

Thanks, It was very time consuming, I can't never get the 3-D pans to bake right. One side is always had to cut the wilton pan a little, but still not the exact Thomas shape. Debbie Brown has a Thomas cake in her book make with Thomas using cut up cakes instead of a pan. I'm going to try for my sons birthdya in Nov. It's covered with fondant.
