4Th B-Day Having Fun In N.y.

This cake was created for a friends B-Day on the 4th of july was going to leave to N.Y that night. This was a 2 tier cake 11x15 & 9x13 the towers were make of gram crakers & royal icing cover. all stars were made of royal icing & lady liberty was made of chocolate.

i chose this cake because i love the idea of a more modern and no so red,blue and white cake. I love the fact that everything is edible

I really really love this cake - and I don't like sheet cakes that much but this is outstanding. The colors and the idea is just fab - I might even go as far as try it myself :) Awesome - be proud!!!

I love this cake. I'm from Toronto and have gone to Manhattan a few times and absolutely love it. I'm going to have to make this cake for my birthday. Thanks for sharing it. :party:

Especially love the way you did his name above it all and the yellow starburst effect is fabulous. Makes it really pop.
