My neighbor wanted a 1 for the first birthday. So it is a carved carrot cake. We made fondant flowers, the name and the butterfly. They are all dusted with luster to give them a little pop. She got the Care Bear from the local bakery so she could save it as a keepsake. She didn't want to post it b.c of the icing but I thought we needed to post it. I think it came out really cute and I think she was pretty happy by the time we were done. I just have to convince her crm chse frstng is ok.
