This cake gave me sooo many problems from the start! Had to bake the cake twice, first FBCT (that I spent MANY hours on), my icing would not crust, and the list goes on and on. Thank goodness it is done!

What recipe did you end up using so that you could get an icing that crust? TIA By the way the cake looks great.
I always use buttercream dream......without any problems. For some reason today it wouldn't crust for me. I just got it as smooth as I could! Thanks
