Banana Cake with Banana Cream Cheese Frosting and filling. The animals are plastic. The trees are made from pretzel rods & gumpaste leaves. There's even little bananas (and some of them have coconuts which was royal icing and then I brushed cocoa on them) in the tops of the trees if you can see them. The waterfall is piping gel.
