I made this one for my uncle's 65th birthday party. He owns his own dump-truck company, so it seemed very fitting. Unfortunately I was given a very tight deadline (just under 1 week) so I didn't have much time to get too detailed, and once it was all constructed the truck started to lean on me a bit. I guess it could have been worse, it did end up being a big hit at the party, and he even cried when he saw it. Everything on this cake is edible. Choc cake, buttercream & fondant.
