I fell in love with this picture a while ago and couldn't wait to put it on a cake. This is a 1/4 sheet cake that is 1/2 white and 1/2 devil's food chocolate. The frosting and decorations are all buttercream. The sides are imprinted with a diamond impression mat and a white snowflake is drawn into each diamond. I used a #2 tip to drape strings of icing of various lengths from the top border and down the sides to resemble icecicles. I then sprinkled the top with glitter for a frosted effect.
