I just used pre-made frosting in a pinch last weekend - I added about 1/2 C. of powdered sugar and to my surprise it crusted fine. It's still a little too soft, but I think you've done a great job with this! Are the stars and balls fondant?

yes the stars and balls are fondant. the moon is cake
