I Dream Of Jeannie Bottle On Pillow

I Dream Of Jeannie Bottle On Pillow on Cake Central

My partner and I did this cake for my daughter's birthday. She liked I Dream of Jeannie so we made a bottle from rice krispies (had alot of problems with shaping - bigger than I wanted it) and then we made a pillow for the cake (which came out great, very easy to do)

Thanks for all your great comments! Sue did an amazing job on the bottle! To get the puckers we used the end of a paintbrush and just pushed in the center and dragged it accross the fondant to make the lines fade out. The colors for the pillow were Aztec gold and Avacado green luster dust. The fondant was moss green to start with. Thanks again! Again - Sue did all the bottle herself!! Many hours! :)

OOOh ! Love this I dream of Jeannie pillow/bottle!! Love the cord and tassles on the pillow. It looks very realistic. Nice job to you both. :)

I used no butter in my rice krispy - the bottle was sagging so much I had to use cardboard around the neck, does anyone have any suggestions on what when wrong, or a recipe with what I should do. :D

the tufted look on the pillow is from the end of a paint brush handle starting in the center and working your way out, heavy pressure to light.

Your pillow is one of the best I've seen yet! I'm preparing to do one myself this weekend. Your pic came just in time. Looks so realistic!!! ;-D
