This cake features "Drippy," the mascot for my husband's office (state dept. of public health, water division). He is a drip of water holding a glass of water! I made this for his work holiday party. Drippy is a FBCT. Put random simple stars on the sides of the cake to help disguise a major problem with crumbs in my BC!
