Pirouette Cake (Happy Birthday Margaurite)
This was for my BIL's mother's birthday Friday (15th). I have known her for the past 37 years and love her to death...she is a very sweet lady, I was very happy when my BIL ordered a cake for her. Eight inch yellow with Viennese Wafer Rolls; roses are done with Hershey's Caramel Kisses and sprinkled with Disco Dust. This is my first time doing this cake...he left the decorating up to me.

Very sweet. Don't you love it when they leave the design up to you? I like that you have all the wafers the same length, it just makes the cake look more finished to me.
