Tuxedo 80Th Birthday Cake
Here's a birthday cake for a man who loves to wear his tuxedo. I meant the hat to look like a top hat, but when it got on there it looked more like a gangster hat to me!! Oops!! It's a 14", 11", 8", and 7" (hat). The '80' is decorated sugar cookies with buttercream and dragees. I baked them with popsicle sticks in them to secure them to the cake.

That is such a cool cake! It is VERY hard to pull of a totally masculine cake! Maybe another layer or two for the hat would have made it look more like a top hat, but I really like the way it turned out!
