This was my "duchess" cake: four layers (alternating) of white chocolate cake and blackout cake with blackout cream filling. Iced in white chocolate mousse icing with all the decorating done in the leftover blackout cream. Headstone is white chocolate paste with a little black gel color kneaded in to make the marbelized appearance. Recipient just loved it. "Dirt" was crumbs of the chocolate cake.
