Snowman Village
I made this cake for a Client's Staff Party. Cakes are 12", 10" and 8" and are torted and filled. White almond sour cream cakes with raspberry, bavarian cream and chocolate bavarian cream fillings. Everything is edible. Trees are ice cream cones piped in BC using tip 352, snow people are MMF, Royal holly leaves and berries.
