Thanks to mrs_planeflyer for all the help and letting me borrow such a great concept. Mine is nowhere near as good but my customers loved it. White cake with vanilla BC and rolled buttercream. Not many people around here like mmf or fondant (that would have been way easier to work with!) so I opted for rolled BC. I hand painted the owl and used rolled BC for all accents.
