Jolly Santa
I made this for a party the other night. German Chocolate cake with mint buttercream and MMF. I used an 9" round and 8" square pan and then carved them. This was SO EASY! And, it renewed my faith in MMF after my wedding cake disaster. It was a hit at the party - and again... EASY!!!

What is MMF?
Yes I make my own MMF, I use the recipe from the site. However, I learned something interesting. "Campfire" brand marshmallows melt whiter than "Jet Puffed" Marshmallows. FYI
