Winnie The Pooh Cake on Cake Central

I got this idea after seeing another CCer's photo. I bought the cake topper from the site as well. I was pretty pleased with the way it turned out.

I use the classic wilton buttercream recipe but instead of all shortening, I use 1/2 shortening 1/2 butter. It always crusts well after about 10-20 minutes depending on the humidity. Then I use the Wilton wooden hand roller and roll right over top of the buttercream. Oh! First, I make sure it is totally crusting, then place a piece of wax paper over it as to not mess up the icing. FYI don't press to hard.
