Chocolate Cake With Gold Scrolls
this cake was for a friend get-together. The cake was a 3 layer chocolate cake with white chocolate and semi-sweet whipped ganache mousse fillings. It was decorated with a ganache crumbcoat, then a chocolate MMF fondant covering, the scrolls were done in golden yellow royal icing and then painted with gold luster dust.
