Paul's Dodge Viper
Made this for my nephew at his request. Choc mudcake, carved to shape, I thought i was going to have a really easy time of it, since carving the cake was quite quick, but the icing was a nightmare, it turned into elephant skin in no time, and it was difficult to work with. The finish was very rough, my board chipped (the fondant broke off in a piece and i had a big patch). Didnt matter in the end as Paul was very happy with the cake, and my 3 year old niece thanked me for making such a beautiful cake. :)

Isn't that always the way? Each time I start a cake I think "This one is going to be easier and faster." Then something always goes wrong. :) Each one takes me just as long! The cake is amazing... well done!
