This is awesome. Do you use gumpaste like fondant or is it completely different? I love this any advise for a cake like this would help I am trying to learn to work with gumpaste but I am scared. Also what is chocalate mud cake do you care to share the recipe? PLease Thanks!

on

thanks guys... jess, gumpaste is mainly used to make decorations, i use fondant with tylose powder added to it. I wouldnt be scared to try it, just jump in at the deep end and have a go. Mud cake is a dense moist

on

oops.... i hit the OK thingy before i finished typing. anyway as i was saying mud cake is a dense moist chocolate cake that is very popular down here in australia, there a few different recipe's in the recipe section if you wanted to try one. cheers kylie
