stacked cake for my mother in laws 80th. Roses are marshmallow fondant. I realized recently tnat I did not need to add gumpaste to the mmf. Just make them the night before and put them in front of a fan. They are a little more delicate but do not break an then they are not only edible but tasty. No more hard as a rock gumpaste roses!!
