Black And White Wedding
This is the first of 3 black and white cakes I have to do this year. I sketched the design onto a drawing pad and kept pretty much to what I came up with...maybe a few differences! I piped the design with softened fondant instead of royal icing.

I love it! Very nice!
I just used water, a little at a time so that it didn't get too runny. It needs to still be fairly thick to pipe with. Messy to work with too but a nice finish.
Are those sugar pearls or sugar jewels..or real? What a beautiful cake!!! 8O
