Baby Bundle Cake
I did this cake for a friends baby shower. The cake is iced entirely of buttercream and the baby decorations, including the bundle on top, are chocolate.

What a lovely cake but how do you put on the second colour without upset the first one.
I put the first layer of icing and freeze the cake just until it firms up. I then use parchment paper cut to shape and wrap it around the cake. Then I apply the second layer of icing and then remove the parchment.
