I did this cake for my neighbor's son. It's buttercream frosting with fondant pearls and a fondant ribbon with pearl dust. The accents on the top are made of gumpaste.

How did you do ruffle up the top parts?
The top is gumpaste made wavy by taking apart my swiffer handle and covering with wax paper and laying the gumpaste over it. LOL! Don't tell!
