Two 3 tier buttercream cakes,, one was white and the other chocolate( as well as the smaller cakes in front). I made this cake as a gift for my cousin and his new bride.

Hey Kam, I ice my cakes, let them crust and then use parchment paper to smooth it out, Good luck and happy baking
