This was my very first "cocksided" wedding cake. The tutorial was great!! The 6" topper and 12" bottom tiers were red velvet with cream cheese filling. The 9" center layer was chocolate fudge with a raspberry cream cheese filling. Borders are fondant, and dusted with super pearl. The "W" topper and center layer monogram are royal icing, dusted withsuper pearl dust. Inspired by Diane's Cakes and More.
