Practice cake so that I could try the WBH spice cake recipe and do scroll work. Definately need the right consistency to pipe scroll work. This was Earlene's Cream Cheese buttercream and it was a little too warm to work with. Live and learn!!
That border was a complete accident! It was supposed to be a leaf border but the icing was too soft so I just used leaf tip #67 and ruffled it! I like it!
