I wanted to do an XJ for my fiancee's birthday because he wheels an XJ and he loves it. So I had some help (thank you) finding the pan, and I had 3 hours to bake the cake, cool it and decorate it. I used Betty Crocker chocolate and vanilla icings and Wilton's colors. I gotta get me some Americolor!!! :)
