i thought i was not going to make at least a castle-look-a-like cake for my daughter's bday.i baked the cake the night before and put it together (torting,filling,icing,decorating,everything) the day of the party! whew! i had to let go a lot from my original plan due to limited time.(i had to cook 8 dishes the same day!!!) But, i am excited to try this again and i will make sure i will have plenty of time.

3 1/2 hours to be exact! and it was so stressful!! i had food cooking in the stove and i had to rush back and forth..i decided to put ribbons alongside the cake instead of the bricks i planned..
