First Paid Wedding Cake
This is my first paid wedding cake, for a friend of my sister-in-law. Fresh roses on top and satin ribbon with waxed paper under it. Used pearl-headed pins to make the ribbon stay in place. You can see the layers because I had a horrible time with my buttercream "melting". Just couldn't paste it on thick enough....They absolutely LOVED it, and that's what matters, though, and I learned A TON!!!!!!!!
Great job. The cake looks very nice. You could put a big blob of icing is put in top of the cake to put the flowers into.
