Thanksgiving Cake

I made this your my boys school, for staff apperectation this week. The bottom is a Indian head band (just buttercream) the next layer is a Pilgrim hat (MM Fondant) the next is of course the Turkey (MMF, Buttercream and feathers) I was going to make MMF feathers but they told me to go ahead with the cake at the last minute and had no time to dry. I love it. How did you do the turkey's body?

the turkey is the sports ball pan from wilton. I used wooden dowels/MMF for the head and feet. The feathers I got from Walmart in the craft dept.

I love this guy! I wasnt him for a pet. You did great on his head and neck. The feet stickiong out front are really cute too. I think I am going to have to make one of these.
