Tester Fondant Cake
This is my first fondant cake ever. I messed up the back of the cake because I'm having trouble how to deal with the pleats I'm getting when I lay the rolled fondant on the cake and attempt to smooth it out. It's a little lumpy too, but not bad for a first try.
not bad for a first time much finer than what i had my first time, if it is any consolation i do get pleats as well but i just cover them up with the decorations i am placing on the cake.
