Practice Wedding Tier
This is my first attempt at a Wedding Tier. This is also the first time I tried smoothing my icing with Viva paper towels. It worked, but not as well as I thought, guess I need more practice. Please give me your comments/criticism.

I think you did well with the smoothing. I also think that it takes a little time to perfect, so it will get even better. The design is very pretty - nice job on the scrolls and pretty colors!
