Musical Sheet Cake
Two of these sheet cakes were placed on either side of the grand piano. Also covered with ganache and adorned with lots of yummy chocolate dipped strawberries!!

Almost looks like leather, its so smooth!
Did you do this one like the piano, with choc. BC then the ganache? What recipe did you use?
The sheet cakes were both done like the grand piano. The Ganache recipe is actually just equal parts of cream and Hershey's Dark Chocolate. But I've found the hardest thing about this icing is finding the perfect pouring consistency... it took several flops before I got my ganache to turn out smooth like I wanted it.
