Done today in bride's choice of colors. IMBC with royal scroll work. Pic take before delivery because it went in the venue's cooler for hours before the wedding--no idea what topper she provided. I hate when I don't get to see the final setup...It was fun though! Thanks for looking.
Wow, you guys are so kind! :) No secret to the edges, it's just lots of eyeballing--smooth sides first, then pull the blade of a large hot spatula across the top towards me, very gently. I've never tried the upside down thing.

It's a 6, 10 and 15" round.--carrot with cream cheese, white with raspberry, and chocolate with mocha. yum!
