Chocolate Ribbon Rose
Chocolate cake with whipped ganache and fondant. Fondant ribbon roses. Not so hot looking. Ganache melted and was leaking from under the fondant. Looked very lumpy. Fondant shifted a lot with melting ganache. Anyone else have the problem of the fondant falling off the remaining slices after you cut and remove a few pieces?
looks devine. and still plucking up the guts to work with fondant.. :oops:
