cake was lemon with lemon filling. Covered in lightly flavored lemon buttercream and then MMF. 1st attempt with MMF. Really liked it. All decorations are made from MMF and either tinted or painted on with edible paint. Bother in law lives in Fla and enjoys shuffleboard. Made for his 85th birthday celebration.
