Monkey Cake
Monkey cake I made for my son. First topsy turvy cake I've ever done. Monkey was made out of rice krispies and covered in apricot preserves (glue) and then covered in fondant. Cake was also covered in fondant.

Love the cake!! Just curious - would the size of the topsy turvy cake work with the 3d teddy bear pan as the monkey?
Sun11598, you could make the topsy turvy cake any size. Mine was 12", 8", and 6". The monkey "sat" about 18" tall. So the stand up bear pan woudn't be as tall. But, that would be okay. My monkey was made free hand out of rice krispies then covered with apricot pres. as glue then buttercream to smooth him out then finally fondant. SO much fun to make though it took awhile!
