Candy Corn Cakes
These are the three candy corn cakes I made this weekend for my daughters party at School on Tuesday. The two on the ends are decorated with candy corns and the one in the middle is decorated with solid chocolate ghosts made with Dark Chocolate, White, and Orange Candy Melts. Each cake was made with the Checkerboard pan set, with White cake mix, centers being white, middle section being orange and outter section being yellow just as the icing is.
I made one of these for the first time this year. I love the reaction when people cut into the cake and see the inside. :D

Linda I'll also PM this to you just incase you don't check back here... I bought them from the local grocery store Giant. They charge me about 3 dollars for a set of 3 or a little more give or take. It's a life saver in a pinch.
