For A Special Nurse
This birthday cake was made for a nurse who was also getting a promotion. Chocolate cake with raspberry BC filling and covered in chocolate ganache. Yummy! Gumpaste nurse cap was made with the help of a template. Fondant stethoscope and decorations.

Such a lovely cake! How did you make the nurse cap and the stetoscope?
How do you make the ganache look like that? Mine looks awful, usually, even though it tastes good. I use either cream or half- and half with semi sweet chocolate chips melted in. Beautiful cake.
