I did this for another co-worker's 50th b-day. Not my best work. I think it would have come out better if I had used fondant on the sides of the "cooler" but I don't like fondant and neither do my co-workers. Also, I could not find rock candy so I used edible glitter and sanding sugar for ice. It looks much better in person. Oh well, it was good practice anyway.
