my first cake made to order. Started with a Cake Mix Doctor recipe, used pastry pride icing with a strawberry combo cake (yellow cake mix, strawberry jello and fresch strawberries mixed into cake). Also, mixed crushed strawberries into pastry pride icing - received excellent feedback from customer. Have just attended my first workshop with our small business development group, and am moving forward to a small cake and cookie business.
