Bridal Shower Bcake
top is devil's food splenda blend cake with splenda blend icing covered with mmf. Started to bubble strangely used luster dust and edible glitter as camoflauge. Bottom is yellow cake buttercream and marshmellow fondant with mmf roses.
Love the colours! How was the cake? My last "diabetic" cake was not so tasty. You'd never know the MMF bubbled.
Thanks. It was my first fondant cake. I cheated and used the box reduced sugar splenda cake. Everyone said it was good. The reduced sugar icing was gross in my opinion.
