I love the color combination. How did you get your icing so smooth. Your borders are perfect!

Thanks! I use corn syrup in my buttercream (regular and chocolate) 1/4 cup to a 6 cup batch. Then, once I have iced and allowed the icing to crust over, I smooth it with parchment paper and my hand.
