Autumn Cake With Rosehip And Chestnut

Autumn cake filld with rasberry mousse, passion fruit mousse and lemon curd whipped creme. Coverd in suger paste. Rose and leef in suger paste, chestnut in modeling paste and rosehip in flower (gum) paste. October 2006
