I knew this was yours! I saw it on the home page and thought "that looks like an ice cream cake" and sure enough, it was another Dale cake. Do you use the hot spatula technique?
Thanks! I use paper. Im too dangerous with a spatula. Many a cake have met an untimely demise by my spatula (also known as "Kake Slayer")..swung in frustration.
