This cake was for our nephews wedding on a small island in Alaska. We had to get the cake there by boat. It was my first attempt at a wedding cake. I had great ideas until I was shown the cake topper. The cake layers were red velvet, orange, and yello - the color of fire. The bride and groom love dragons and both are welders, hence the white chocolate flames. I think I could do better if given another opportunity to use my creativity. It was a lot of work, but fun and everyone loved the red velvet.
