Based on Debbie Brown Design using MMF, royal icing, and gumpaste. Brooms are made out of royal icing mixed with tylose powder and more royal icing. The witch on top does have eyes - you just can't see them b/c of the angle! She's supposed to be flying "over" the castle too - not into it!!! :)
