Practice Cake.
I'm making a cake similar to this for my cousins wedding in Sept. This is my first attempt at scrolls and ribbon on cake. I've learned a couple things for next time.. luckily I have a couple months. Her cake will be red, I just had yellow ribbon on hand.
Good job - I know - scrolls can be very tricky - they just take lots of practice and the right consistency with your icing and a larger tip. :wink:
