Practice Cake
I am doing my sil's cake for her in Nov. on the other side of the country. I wanted to do a practice cake so I knew exactly what I would need to take with me when I go. Her cake will be bigger and she gave me ribbon to use on it. This cake is a chocolate hazelnut cake with a nutella filling. It is covered with MMF. All of the decorations are handmade with a gumpaste/ fondant mix. The fruit, nuts, and leaves are dusted with luster dust and pastel chalks.
